Traci is the company's Employment Administrator, overseeing all aspects of onboarding, HRIS reporting and record-keeping, compliance and unemployment administration. As the first point of contact for new employees, Traci ensures a smooth and welcoming start for new staff and therapists joining RehabVisions. With over a decade in human resources, Traci is pursuing her Master's degree in Human Resources Management. In her spare time, the multi-talented Traci is a professional photographer, serving as the company’s go-to head shot expert—and also runs a cupcake business, baking for showers, birthdays and office parties.
