Joel founded RehabVisions in 1983 with a vision for building a company centered on care, connection and a commitment to people. A proud family man, Joel’s eyes would light up when he spoke about his seven grandchildren. He often credited RehabVisions’ success over the past 40+ years to its “family-first” philosophy, saying, “We live the family-centered focus and empower our managers to use that as a basis to help grow their people.” As Chairman of the Board, Joel’s leadership shaped RehabVisions into what it is today. His dedication extended to his alma mater, the University of Colorado, where he served on the foundation board to support education for future generations. Joel’s legacy of compassion, integrity and vision will continue to guide RehabVisions and inspire all those whose lives he touched.
