Joel founded RehabVisions in 1983 with a vision for building a company centered on care, connection and a commitment to people. His “family-first” philosophy helped shape RehabVisions into what it is today. Joel’s guiding belief is best summed up in his own words: “We live the family-centered focus and empower our managers to use that as the basis to help grow their people.”

A proud family man, Joel’s eyes would light up when he spoke about his seven grandchildren. He was equally dedicated to giving back, serving on the foundation board of his alma mater—the University of Colorado—to support education for future generations of therapists.

Joel’s legacy of compassion, integrity and vision continues to guide RehabVisions and inspire all those whose lives he touched.
