Founded in 1983 by physical therapist Joel Larmore and his brother Rick Larmore, RehabVisions was built on a simple but powerful mission: to bring high-quality rehabilitation therapy services to rural healthcare partners and communities through innovative partnerships, compassionate care and clinical excellence.

More than 40 years later, that mission continues to guide everything we do. RehabVisions partners with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, schools, and other healthcare organizations across 10 states to build and manage high-performing therapy programs tailored to the needs of the communities they serve.

Our experienced teams provide the full continuum of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, including program development, operational management, clinical leadership, recruitment, and comprehensive rehabilitation support designed to improve outcomes, strengthen organizations, and expand access to care.

We believe our people and their commitment to our values are the reasons behind our success. Many members of our management team are therapists themselves — and most have been with the company over 15 years. We pride ourselves on longevity, both with our employees and our clients.
