Jennifer Flanagan, SLP
Director of Operations - Senior Living
Jennifer, a South Dakota native, started with RehabVisions in 1994 and has overseen our SNFs since 2007. In her current role as Director of Operations - Senior Living, she oversees our skilled nursing division as well as ILFs and ALFs. She likes working with the company because it’s ever-evolving and “not so big that your voice isn’t heard.” Jennifer is responsible for staff training and management of our skilled nursing facility contracts. Her goal is to have therapy teams that are passionate about their jobs and bring energy and creativity to the rehab department. She is a Jazzercise instructor, sports fanatic and owner of a beloved Pomeranian.
