Melissa Green is a Regional Manager at RehabVisions, supporting hospital partners and therapy teams throughout Northern Iowa. She joined RehabVisions in 2023 after 16 years as a partner and Practice Administrator with Sports Rehab and Professional Therapy Associates, where she led operations, finance, marketing and business development. Melissa partners with hospital leaders and therapy teams to solve challenges and improve access to rehabilitation services.

Raised in northwest Iowa, Melissa developed an early appreciation for rural healthcare and strong community partnerships. She attended the University of Northern Iowa before earning her degree in Liberal Arts & Professional Applications from Bellevue University.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake with family and friends, and cheering on her two daughters with her husband, George. She has also dedicated many years to volunteer leadership in her community.
