Caleb Sorensen, PT, DPT, serves as a Regional Manager for RehabVisions, supporting partner sites across southwest Iowa and Nebraska while continuing to practice as a physical therapist. Since joining RehabVisions in 2018, he has enjoyed helping rehab directors build strong, collaborative teams that deliver exceptional care in rural communities.

Originally from Prescott, Iowa, Caleb earned his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Anatomy from the University of Iowa before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In addition to his leadership role, he serves as an adjunct faculty member at University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he enjoys working with first-year physical therapy students and helping connect anatomy education to real-world clinical practice.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys cycling and running and participates in several endurance events each year. He and his wife are raising four children in rural Iowa, where he is actively involved in the community, including helping found the annual TimberTri triathlon.
