Grant Peterson, M.S., CCC-SLP serves as Regional Area Manager for RehabVisions, supporting partner sites across Minnesota. Since joining RehabVisions in 2025, he has enjoyed returning to his rural roots while working alongside interdisciplinary teams to strengthen patient care and support local communities. Before joining RehabVisions, Grant spent nearly a decade serving older adults in skilled nursing and assisted living settings, including several years as a Director of Rehabilitation. His passion for speech-language pathology was inspired by his own experience with fluency therapy as a child and by time spent with his grandmother, who lived with dementia. Grant values building meaningful relationships with patients and families and believes the best outcomes come from listening, collaboration and individualized care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and staying connected to the central Minnesota communities he calls home.
