Grant Peterson, M.S., CCC-SLP serves as a Regional Manager for RehabVisions, supporting partner sites across Minnesota. Since joining RehabVisions in 2025, he has enjoyed returning to his rural roots while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to strengthen patient care and support local communities.

Originally from Sauk Centre, Minnesota, Grant earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. He spent nearly a decade working with older adults in skilled nursing and assisted living settings, including several years as a Director of Rehabilitation, developing clinical interests in dysphagia and dementia treatment. Grant’s passion for speech-language pathology was inspired by his own experience with fluency therapy as a child and his grandmother’s journey with dementia. He believes the best outcomes come from listening, collaboration and individualized care.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys attending concerts, camping and spending time with his family.
