Tricia is often the touchstone for many employees and tends to be the go-to contact when seeking answers. She manages and negotiates benefits and keeps employees apprised of all of their options by communicating updates. Having started at the company in 1999, Tricia has held many roles including recruiting and handling payroll. “RehabVisions truly is a family-friendly employer,” says Tricia. This was important when Tricia was raising her two boys who are now adults. Tricia loves all things summer — the beach, flip-flops, her stripped-down Jeep — but stays in Nebraska because of the little people who call her “Gigi.”
