Tricia handles a lot of customer service for our employees and tends to be the go-to contact for many employees. Her major priority is coordinating our benefits packages and communicating benefits and changes to all employees. She started with the company in 1999 and has served in many roles including recruiter and handling payroll. She has stayed for this long because of the people and because “it truly is a family-friendly employer,” which was really important as Tricia was raising her two boys. It’s a wonder why Tricia has stayed in Nebraska though, as her love of all things summer (the beach, flip-flops, her stripped-down Jeep) is apparent.
