Mike is the leader of our dynamic marketing team. He is responsible for driving digital initiatives across email marketing, social media and various digital projects, while also helping the Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams. Hailing from Clarence, Iowa, Mike remains deeply rooted in his agricultural heritage, operating and managing his family's farmland with his sister. Beyond work, Mike is a talented drummer in three bands. He exemplifies "small-town cool" by blending rural roots with urban flair.
