Laura Tatten, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, leads our Human Resources team with a focus on enhancing the employee experience and strengthening HR governance. Her passion for human resources started in her senior year of high school when she realized she wanted to work in business and help solve problems for others. A lifelong Omaha resident, Laura has deep Nebraska roots, with most of her family living nearby. She and her husband have known each other since first grade and are proud parents to three daughters and two sons. Outside of work, Laura is a big sports fan, cheering on her kids and the Huskers every chance she gets. She also enjoys traveling, especially to sunny, warm destinations.
