Area Manager – SNF Rehab Operations

Are you a leader with a passion for driving clinical excellence and building strong teams? Join us as an Area Manager and oversee multiple SNF rehabilitation departments in West Central Minnesota, ensuring high-quality care and operational success.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership and operational management of SNF locations in designated area.
• Oversee program development, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Partner with facility leadership to enhance therapy services and outcomes.
• Manage staffing plans, budgets, and department productivity.
• Explore and develop new contract opportunities to expand our impact.
• Provide hands-on patient care as needed within your discipline’s scope.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in OT, PT or SLP (Master’s, or Doctorate) REQUIRED.
• 5+ years of therapy experience, including management in multi-discipline settings.
• Preference for multi-facility leadership experience.
• Active state licensure and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
