Position Overview:

• Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) located in Monticello, MN.
• Rate of pay: $29 – $33/hr. DOE
• New grads welcome
• Projected hours of 30/week or more. Part-time considered
• GREAT team in a welcoming and fun environment

• Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting
• Located 31 miles from St. Cloud & 25 miles from Maple Grove
• Drive opposite of the Twin Cities commuters on a daily basis
• Beautiful Monticello – Monticello Chamber

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT
• Complete documentation
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families, and physicians, and staff
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Assist with development of programs

Qualifications and Education:

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Physical Therapist Assistant
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
