Because RehabVisions has therapists spread in facilities throughout the country, one of our company priorities is trying to connect them so they can be resources for each other.

That starts with CORE, our mentoring program for contract therapists. CORE pairs new therapists with more seasoned clinicians to build a relationship throughout the first few months of their RV careers.

CORE is about customizing a mentee/mentor relationship for each of our therapists. The hiring manager and director of operations work together to determine the right mentor for each new employee based on interests and personality. Our contract therapy companies develop a personalized plan with the mentee’s expectations and then establish goals. It is a structured program with set activities starting within the first two weeks of employment, culminating at 16 weeks when both mentor and mentee assess the progress and plan additional career development opportunities.
