Joel founded RehabVisions in 1983. He is a family man who lights up when asked about his seven grandchildren. It is that family-first mentality, he says, that has helped RehabVisions prosper for over 40 years. “We live the family-centered focus, and we empower our managers to use that as a basis to help grow their people.” Likewise, Joel took his father’s advice in running the business by taking the “slow and steady” route. In addition to being Chairman of the Board for RehabVisions, he serves on the foundation board for the University of Colorado, his alma mater.
