Ability to analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
Demonstrated strategic leadership ability
Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills.
Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
Additional background preferences:
Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.), Master’s (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy with specific therapy experience including directing/managing multi-discipline departments/clinics or exposure to and familiarity with therapy services beyond primary field of experience is preferred.
Other advanced degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 15-20 years of management experience including at the executive level.
In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
