As part of RehabVisions, you’ll connect skilled healthcare professionals to communities where they’re needed most. These professionals provide essential rehab therapy services, helping individuals recover and return to everyday life. In guiding candidates through sourcing, selection, and hiring, you’ll help ensure high-quality care from compassionate experts, supporting healthier lives and stronger communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source licensed healthcare professionals, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and support staff.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to create marketing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, texting apps, and ATS-integrated AI.
- Present candidates’ qualifications to Hiring Managers for interview coordination, travel arrangements, and benefit discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and extend job offers, acting as a liaison between job seekers and hiring managers across the Midwest, Southwest, and Pacific Northwest.
- Partner closely with hiring managers using both verbal and written communication.
- Explore new candidate attraction methods and share ideas with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Reach out to leads, ATS contacts, and applicants via phone, text, email, and social platforms, including those unfamiliar with RehabVisions.
- Follow up on leads and referrals from therapy staff and clinical operations.
- Post job openings on our ATS and major job boards such as Indeed, along with specialty aggregators.
- Connect with graduating clinicians through school-based platforms like Handshake, Symplicity, and CareerEco.
- Engage with social media content created by the marketing team on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team hiring goals.
- Detailed documentation of candidate interactions (email, text, ATS) in real time.
- Create offer letters and discuss compensation packages with candidates.
- Represent RehabVisions at career fairs and campus events, which may include overnight travel.
- Research geography and facility needs to proactively understand company culture and community impact.
- Register for college career events and coordinate logistics and relationships as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Independent, diligent, and willing to take calculated risks; creativity is highly valued.
- Comfortable creating and managing marketing campaigns with Talent and Marketing team members.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and switch tasks quickly throughout the day.
- Willingness to travel overnight 8-10 times annually, typically 1-2 days per event.
- Strong ability to connect and establish rapport quickly with cold contacts, referrals, and active candidates.
- Experience with full-cycle Talent Acquisition or staffing industry is required, as well as proficiency with ClearCompany ATS or similar tools.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition for challenging geographic locations or technical roles is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills in other industries and functions will be considered alongside past Talent Acquisition experience.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEz is strongly preferred.
- Openness to emerging tech tools, including AI and integrated ATS solutions.
- Knowledge of staffing and talent metrics/reporting is a plus, though not required.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills (a writing assessment will be administered pre-hire).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mid-level experience with web-based recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and independently.
- BS/BA preferred; experience may be substituted for education.
