We’ve been successful in the past couple of years in promoting for many opportunities. Director of Operations Steve Kinkead, SLP said he thinks it speaks to the quality of our people. “It shows the importance of upper management getting to know our staff therapists so they can appreciate and recognize the strengths they bring to their positions,” he said. “I’ve been lucky. I’ve had some great people to promote.”

Cory Ash, PT was a 10-year employee at the RehabVisions Outpatient Clinic in Dickinson, North Dakota when he moved up to assistant manager under Area Manager Jean Herauf, SLP last spring.

Alex Brooks, PT moved from a staff therapist position at Memorial Hospital in McPherson, Kansas to rehab director at St. Luke’s Health Center in Marion, Kansas.

Jolene Denn, SLP was a rehab director for Annandale Care Center in Minnesota and was promoted to regional clinical manager providing support and education for RV’s speech pathologists and nursing facilities.

There were three such promotions at our Lake Regional Health System facilities in Missouri. Taren Kirk, PT was promoted from staff therapist to rehab director at Camdenton Outpatient Clinic. Christine Rosenkranz, PT went from a staff therapist to a rehab director at Eldon Outpatient Clinic. And Courtney Hulett, PT, who was rehab director at Camdenton, was named area manager overseeing the hospital, four outpatient clinics and home health.
