RehabVisions’ Stand-out Employees

Our Second Quarter CERCIE awards have been announced, and we’re thrilled to share the stories of these exemplary employees and their contributions to RehabVisions and their home facilities. CERCIE stands for Commitment, Excellence, Respect, Compassion, Integrity and Enthusiasm. We ask employees to submit CERCIE certificates to recognize their peers on a quarterly basis.

Laura I., a PT and our rehab director in Williston, North Dakota, is one of our CERCIE winners for her commitment to both RehabVisions and the skilled nursing facility where she works. She started the department from scratch just over a year ago with a staff of travelers. Now she has a thriving department and a full staff of RehabVisions employees. Laura has worked countless hours providing therapy, interviewing and orienting new employees, and educating the facility staff regarding Medicare billing, compliance and clinical topics. She even recently began making sensory and activity blankets for the residents with dementia to help calm them and reduce their behaviors.

Jacob H., PTA is our other Quarter 2 CERCIE winner. Jacob works at a hospital in Corning, Iowa that was instituting a new EMR software. Not only did he quickly pick up the information on how to write notes, he also figured out other time-saving techniques and shared them with the staff. According to the person who nominated him, he is always patient when asked the same question over again. The patients and the staff are glad to work with Jacob.

Seven total employees were nominated this past quarter. We’re thrilled to have so many outstanding people work to make RehabVisions a great company. Congrats to all!
