With a degree in elementary education and plans to coach, a change in career path lead Don to recruiting. He is happy that he still gets to “change people’s lives for the better.” And like many others, Don credited the ethical leadership and the people he works with as what makes him stick with RehabVisions. This father of two young children is a late-night Play Station 3 player and avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
