A Community of Compliance

RehabVisions has established our commitment to compliance by not only protecting patients’ rights but also protecting and supporting our employees. It is within our well-established culture of providing quality health care that we have developed a community that places value in compliance. Whether it be adhering to the various Medicare rules and regulations, updating HIPAA policies and procedures, performing charts audits (the list goes on and on), we strive to provide exceptional support to our employees. Our compliance program is living and breathing, expanding and ever evolving; it is an important part of our business and one of the many ways we respect our patients.

Our goal is to preserve quality healthcare by providing patients with rehab providers they can trust. This trust also carries over to patients and employees trusting in our system and company. Compliance is a team approach. Employees that place value in compliance help to create a community that patients believe in and seek out for rehab services. Our compliance program does not work without the commitment from our employees. One player cannot stand alone without the rest.

“The first check you write is for the mortgage, but the second is for the insurance. And the left tackle’s job is to protect the quarterback from what he can’t see coming. To protect his blind side,” Leigh Ann Touhy from “The Blind Side.”

RehabVisions works hard to maintain a community of compliance. We realize healthcare is constantly changing and the numerous regulations will not go away, but neither will our dedication to our patients and employees. Whether you take a moment to look over your shoulder or stay focused on your road ahead, breathe a sigh of relief and know that RehabVisions is and always will be protecting your blind side and your patient’s.
